READ THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS. ITS EFFECT IS TO RELEASE VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. AND ALL ASSOCIATED ENTITIES, OWNERS, INVESTORS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY LIABILITY RESULTING FROM YOUR BIKE RENTAL AND PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITIES DESCRIBED BELOW, IF ANY, AND TO WAIVE ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES AGAINST PUERTO VALLARTA ELECTRIC BIKE COMPANY, LLC WHICH MAY ARISE FROM SUCH ACTIVITIES EVEN IF THEY RESULT FROM SUCH NEGLIGENCE.

This is a legally binding Agreement, Release, Waiver, Discharge and Covenant Not to Initiate (sometimes referred to herein as "Release"), made voluntarily by me, the undersigned Renter, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns, (hereinafter collectively "Renter", "I" or "me", which terms shall also include Renter's parents or guardian, if Renter is under the age of 18 to VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V.

As the Renter, I fully recognize that there are dangers and risks to which I may be exposed to by participating in the activity. As the undersigned Renter, I understand that VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. makes no representations as to the condition of the bicycles, helmets and locks we lend ("Equipment"), if any, nor does VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. qualify as a merchant of said Equipment, and Equipment is made available as an accommodation, not a service, to VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V.s' customers and friends. I am well advised to check the condition of the Equipment prior to use, and to notify VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. does not require me to participate in this Activity, but I want to do so despite the possible dangers and risks and despite this Release. With informed consent, and for valuable consideration received, including assistance provided by VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., as the undersigned Renter, I agree to assume and take on myself all of the risks and responsibilities in any way arising from or associated with this Activity, and I release VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. and all of its affiliates and partners, and their respective governing boards, officers, directors, legal representatives, members, employees, administrators, assigns, and contractors (collectively "Releases"), from any and all claims, demands, suits, judgments, damages, actions and liabilities of every name and nature whatsoever, whenever occurring, whether known or unknown, contingent or fixed, at law or in equity, that I may suffer at the time arising from or in connection with the Activity, including any injury or harm to me, my death, or damage to my property (collectively "Liabilities"), and I agree to defend, indemnify, and save Releases harmless from and against any and all Liabilities. I agree to properly use and care for all borrowed equipment while it is in my possession and am aware that deviation from proper use or car may greatly increase the likelihood of accident or injury. I agree to properly secure/lock all borrowed equipment in legal locations when not in my possession. The safety of accompanying passengers in any attached Equipment (not limited to but including any child-related equipment) is my responsibility and I agree to monitor the condition of the Equipment and its passengers at all times. I agree to wear an approved safety helmet and to ensure that all passengers and those for whom I am responsible wear appropriately-sized approved safety helmets. I agree not to use the Equipment in conditions of reduced visibility (including, but not limited to, darkness). I agree not to lend the bikes to others while it is in my possession, and that if I were to do so and that if they were to suffer a loss consequently that that is my responsibility alone. I understand and agree that should the bike be lost or stolen while it is in my possession, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for an amount of $1900 USD. I understand and agree that should my rented helmet and saddlebag be lost or stolen while it is in my possession, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for the amount of $50 USD. I understand and agree that should my rented lock be lost or stolen while it is in my possession, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for the amount of $50 USD. I understand and agree that should my rented battery be lost or stolen while it is in my possession, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V.. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for the amount of $450 USD. I understand and agree that should I not return the bike on the date and time agreed to, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for the amount of $20 USD per hour or $65 USD per day. I understand and agree that should I not return the bike on the date and time agreed to, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for the amount of $20 USD per hour or $65 USD per day. I understand and agree that should I not return the bike on the date and time agreed to, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. will automatically charge my debit / credit card used at the point of sale for the amount of $20 USD per hour or $65 USD per day. As the undersigned Renter, I recognize that this Release means I am giving up, among other things, all rights to legal actions of any kind against Releases for injuries, damages or losses I or any passengers or persons for whom I am responsible for that may incur. I also understand that this Release binds my heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives and assigns, as well as me. I also agree that I will not under any circumstances institute any chargeback action on any credit card used in this transaction / rental. I also affirm that I have adequate medical and health insurance to cover any medical assistance I may require, and that any passengers or persons I am responsible for also have adequate medical or health insurance to cover any medical assistance they may require. I agree that this Release shall be governed for all purposes by the law of the State of Jalisco, Mexico law, without regard to such law or choice of law and that any litigation arising out of this agreement be commenced in Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico.

I also agree to:

1. You are renting an electric bicycle. Some of the bicycles have electric levers to provide power to the electric motor. Depending on your weight, the bicycle may be able to travel very fast. You MUST be careful at all times.
2. The electric bicycles are not overall waterproof. You are NOT TO RIDE IN THE OCEAN. Salt or regular water will damage the electric components of the bike. If water is detected on the bike your $400 deposit will not be refunded.
3. LATE RETURNS: Late returns are subject to $20 USD late fee if returned within 1 hour of time due back. Any returns exceeding 1 hour will be charged the daily rental of $65 USD and must be returned by 9 am the next day.
4. YOU MUST WEAR a helmet at all times while operating the bicycle.
5. You are responsible for your personal items. You bring your valuables at their own risk.
6. VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. or its staff, is not responsible for any belongings or valuables that are lost, stolen or broken such as cameras, binoculars, video recorders, cell phones, etc.
7. GoPro supports or self-sticks or any accessory cannot be placed or connected to our equipment.
8. VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., does not make any recommendation as to the suitability of any area, road or trail that you may decide to travel on. The areas you may travel/tour can include rough terrain, unforeseen bumps or "pot holes" in the road way or terrain, vehicle traffic, rough roads, errant vehicle operators who may not see you. You MUST be alert at all times, knowing that operating the bikes on roadways may be dangerous. VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V.. highly recommends that you travel at low speed especially on downhill areas noting that unforeseen bumps or "pot holes" in the road way or terrain may cause you to lose your balance and fall off of the bicycle. Also, there may be road ways or streets that do not have designated "bicycle lanes" and as such, you will be operating the bicycle along with motorized vehicles, including large trucks.
9. Access to the tour will be denied to persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
10. I agree that I will abide by the rules and regulations of that state and local municipal law applicable, including vehicle laws during the rental term.
11. I understand and accept that renting this bicycle and participating in the biking exposes me to many hazards and entails unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to severe spinal or head injury) and loss of or damage to property. I also understand I should be in good physical health to participate in bicycling. I choose to participate in bicycling in spite of these risks and hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and loss of or damage to property arising out of renting this bicycle and participating in bicycling. I understand the inherent risk involved in using this equipment, accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result. The undersigned AGREES TO PAY all costs associated with such medical care and related transportation for the undersigned and to indemnify and hold VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. its representatives, agents, affiliates, officers, directors, servants and employees harmless from any costs incurred therein, or claims arising there from.
12. I understand and accept that if injury, illness, death or damage occurs to me while I am engaged in renting this bicycle or participating in bicycling, I will have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., its officers, agents or employees, even if they or any of them negligently cause my injury, illness, death or damage.
13. I understand the bicycles being rented by VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., do not have visibility enhancement equipment such as reflectors or lights.
14. I agree to return the bike in reasonable clean, UNDAMAGED condition to avoid any ADDITIONAL charges for repair, maintenance or replacement. Customer accepts use of the equipment, AS IS, in good condition and accepts full responsibility for care of the equipment while under his/her possession. Damaged parts or components will be repaired/replaced at the shop's discretion and customer agrees to pay regular shop rates and retail prices for components replaced. Clean condition means normal wear and tear is accepted but does not include broken spokes, rims, bent rims, damaged frames, handlebars, seats or other parts from misuse and/or crashes. Note: All bikes should be returned clean of mud and debris. Any bike not returned clean will be assessed a 1 hour additional fee. Hourly and Daily rentals are due back 15 minutes before closing time. Late returns are subject to fees. Also, I will not attempt to ride, repair or adjust any damaged and malfunctioning equipment. I will cease using it and return it to the rental location. I will not remove the wheels or disassemble the bicycle in anyway. I understand that renting these bicycles and/or equipment I am full responsible for the full replacement costs in cases of damage, loss or theft payable at the time of the loss. I will keep all bicycles rented securely locked when not in use. I authorize the use of my credit card to pay for damages, losses or any outstanding balances owed.
15. Customer agrees to provide VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. with credit card details, for precautionary use only: I authorize VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. to charge the credit card I have on file for me for all eventual costs in case of damages to the bicycle(s) during my rental period, comprehensive of labor, except in the case that I can demonstrate other's faults with evidence and all necessary information for reimbursement. In case of theft, I will be responsible for reimbursing VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. for the original price of the bicycle(s), plus the cost of any accessories that were provided at the time of the bike rental.
16. SOCIAL MEDIA: You agree to give us permission to post any videos and photos we may have to our social media accounts.

I have read this entire Agreement, Waiver and Release. I fully understand the entire Agreement, Waiver and Release and acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to review this Agreement, Waiver and Release with an attorney of my choosing if I so desire, and I agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, Waiver and Release.

LEA ESTE DOCUMENTO EN SU TOTALIDAD ANTES DE RECONOCER QUE ESTÁ DE ACUERDO CON LOS TÉRMINOS. SU EFECTO ES LIBERAR A VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. Y A TODAS LAS ENTIDADES ASOCIADAS, PROPIETARIOS, INVERSORES Y EMPLEADOS DE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD RESULTANTE DE SU ALQUILER DE LA BICICLETA Y DE LA PARTICIPACIÓN EN LAS ACTIVIDADES DESCRITAS A CONTINUACIÓN, SI LAS HUBIERA, Y RENUNCIAR A TODA RECLAMACIÓN POR DAÑOS O PÉRDIDAS CONTRA PUERTO VALLARTA ELECTRIC BIKE COMPANY, LLC QUE PUEDA SURGIR DE DICHAS ACTIVIDADES, INCLUSO SI SON RESULTADO DE DICHA NEGLIGENCIA.

Este es un Acuerdo legalmente vinculante, Liberación, Renuncia, Descargo y Convenio de No Iniciación (a veces referido aquí como "Liberación"), hecho voluntariamente por mí, el Arrendatario abajo firmante, en mi propio nombre, y en nombre de mis herederos, ejecutores, administradores, representantes legales y cesionarios, (en adelante colectivamente "Arrendatario", "Yo" o "mí", cuyos términos también incluirán a los padres o tutor del Arrendatario, si el Arrendatario es menor de 18 años a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S. A. DE C.V.

Como Arrendatario, reconozco plenamente que existen peligros y riesgos a los que puedo estar expuesto al participar en la actividad. Como Arrendatario abajo firmante, entiendo que VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. no hace ninguna declaración sobre el estado de las bicicletas, cascos y candados que prestamos ("Equipo"), en su caso, ni VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S. A. DE C.V. se califica como comerciante de dicho Equipo, y el Equipo se pone a disposición de los clientes y amigos de VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. como un alojamiento, no como un servicio. Se me aconseja que compruebe el estado del Equipo antes de utilizarlo, y que notifique a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. que no me exige que participe en esta Actividad, pero que quiero hacerlo a pesar de los posibles peligros y riesgos y a pesar de este Descargo. Con el consentimiento informado, y por la valiosa consideración recibida, incluyendo la asistencia proporcionada por VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., como el Arrendatario abajo firmante, estoy de acuerdo en asumir y tomar sobre mí mismo todos los riesgos y responsabilidades de cualquier manera que surjan de o estén asociados con esta Actividad, y libero a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. y todos sus afiliados y socios, y sus respectivos consejos de administración, funcionarios, directores, representantes legales, miembros, empleados, administradores, cesionarios y contratistas (colectivamente "Exenciones"), de todas y cada una de las reclamaciones, demandas, pleitos, juicios, daños, acciones y responsabilidades de cualquier nombre y naturaleza que se produzcan, ya sean conocidas o desconocidas, contingentes o fijas, en derecho o en equidad, que pueda sufrir en ese momento derivadas de la Actividad o relacionadas con ella, incluyendo cualquier lesión o daño a mi persona, mi muerte o daños a mi propiedad (colectivamente "Responsabilidades"), y acepto defender, indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a las Exenciones de cualquier y toda Responsabilidad. Me comprometo a utilizar y cuidar adecuadamente todo el equipo prestado mientras esté en mi posesión y soy consciente de que la desviación del uso adecuado o del coche puede aumentar en gran medida la probabilidad de accidentes o lesiones. Me comprometo a asegurar/cerrar adecuadamente todo el equipo prestado en lugares legales cuando no esté en mi posesión. La seguridad de los pasajeros que me acompañan en cualquier equipo prestado (sin limitarse a, pero incluyendo, cualquier equipo para niños) es mi responsabilidad y me comprometo a supervisar el estado del equipo y de sus pasajeros en todo momento. Me comprometo a llevar un casco de seguridad homologado y a garantizar que todos los pasajeros y las personas de las que soy responsable lleven cascos de seguridad homologados de tamaño adecuado. Me comprometo a no utilizar el Equipo en condiciones de visibilidad reducida (incluyendo, pero no limitado a, la oscuridad). Estoy de acuerdo en no prestar las bicicletas a otros mientras esté en mi posesión, y que si lo hiciera y que si sufrieran una pérdida en consecuencia que sea mi única responsabilidad. Entiendo y acepto que en caso de que la bicicleta se pierda o sea robada mientras esté en mi posesión, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. cargará automáticamente a mi tarjeta de débito/crédito utilizada en el punto de venta la cantidad de $1900 USD. Entiendo y acepto que si mi candado alquilado se pierde o es robado mientras está en mi posesión, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. cargará automáticamente a mi tarjeta de débito/crédito utilizada en el punto de venta la cantidad de $50 USD. Entiendo y acepto que si mi batería alquilada se pierde o es robada mientras está en mi posesión, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. cargará automáticamente a mi tarjeta de débito / crédito utilizada en el punto de venta la cantidad de $450 USD. Entiendo y acepto que, si no devuelvo la bicicleta en la fecha y hora acordada, VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. cargará automáticamente a mi tarjeta de débito/crédito utilizada en el punto de venta la cantidad de 20 USD por hora o 65 USD por día. Como Arrendatario firmante, reconozco que este Descargo significa que estoy renunciando, entre otras cosas, a todos los derechos de acciones legales de cualquier tipo contra los Descargos por lesiones, daños o pérdidas que yo o cualquier pasajero o persona por la que sea responsable pueda incurrir. También entiendo que esta liberación obliga a mis herederos, albaceas, administradores, representantes legales y cesionarios, así como a mí. También estoy de acuerdo en que bajo ninguna circunstancia voy a instituir ninguna acción de devolución de cargos en cualquier tarjeta de crédito utilizada en esta transacción / alquiler. También afirmo que tengo un seguro médico y de salud adecuado para cubrir cualquier asistencia médica que pueda necesitar, y que cualquier pasajero o persona de la que sea responsable también tiene un seguro médico o de salud adecuado para cubrir cualquier asistencia médica que pueda necesitar. Estoy de acuerdo en que esta liberación se regirá para todos los efectos por la ley del Estado de Jalisco, México, sin tener en cuenta dicha ley o la elección de la ley y que cualquier litigio que surja de este acuerdo se inicie en Tepic, Nayarit, México.

También estoy de acuerdo con:

1. Estás alquilando una bicicleta eléctrica. Algunas de las bicicletas tienen palancas eléctricas para proporcionar energía al motor eléctrico. Dependiendo de su peso, la bicicleta puede ir muy rápido. Debe tener cuidado en todo momento.
2. Las bicicletas eléctricas no son en general impermeables. NO SE DEBE MONTAR EN EL OCÉANO. El agua salada o regular dañará los componentes eléctricos de la bicicleta. Si se detecta agua en la bicicleta, no se le devolverá el depósito de 400 dólares.
3. DEVOLUCIONES TARDÍAS: Las devoluciones tardías están sujetas a un cargo de $20 USD si se devuelven dentro de la hora de devolución. Cualquier devolución que exceda de 1 hora se cobrará el alquiler diario de $65 USD y debe ser devuelto antes de las 9 am del día siguiente.
4. DEBE USAR un casco en todo momento mientras maneja la bicicleta.
5. Usted es responsable de sus ítems personales. Usted trae sus objetos de valor bajo su propio riesgo.
6. VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. o su personal, no se hace responsable de las pertenencias u objetos de valor que se pierdan, roben o rompan como cámaras, prismáticos, grabadoras de vídeo, teléfonos móviles, etc.
7. No se pueden colocar o conectar soportes o palos de GoPro o cualquier accesorio a nuestros equipos.
8. VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., no hace ninguna recomendación en cuanto a la idoneidad de cualquier área, camino o sendero que usted decida recorrer. Las áreas por las que usted puede viajar/recorrer pueden incluir terreno áspero, baches imprevistos o "baches" en el camino o terreno, tráfico de vehículos, caminos ásperos, operadores de vehículos errantes que pueden no verlo. Usted DEBE estar alerta en todo momento, sabiendo que el manejo de las motos en las carreteras puede ser peligroso. VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. recomienda encarecidamente que se circule a baja velocidad, especialmente en las zonas de bajada, teniendo en cuenta que los baches imprevistos en la carretera o el terreno pueden hacer que se pierda el equilibrio y se caiga de la bicicleta. Además, puede haber carreteras o calles que no tengan "carriles para bicicletas" y, por lo tanto, usted circulará con la bicicleta junto con vehículos motorizados, incluidos los grandes camiones.
9. Se denegará el acceso al tour a las personas que estén bajo la influencia del alcohol y/o las drogas.
10. Estoy de acuerdo en que cumpliré con las normas y reglamentos de ese estado y la ley municipal local aplicable, incluyendo las leyes de vehículos durante el período de alquiler.
11. Entiendo y acepto que el alquiler de esta bicicleta y la participación en el ciclismo me exponen a muchos peligros y conllevan un riesgo inevitable de muerte, lesiones personales (incluyendo, pero no limitándose a, lesiones graves en la columna vertebral o en la cabeza) y pérdida o daños a la propiedad. También entiendo que debo estar en buena salud física para participar en el ciclismo. Elijo participar en el ciclismo a pesar de estos riesgos y por la presente asumo todos los riesgos de lesión o pérdida de vida para mí y de pérdida o daño a la propiedad que surjan del alquiler de esta bicicleta y de la participación en el ciclismo. Comprendo el riesgo inherente al uso de este equipo y acepto toda la responsabilidad por cualquier daño o lesión que pueda producirse. El abajo firmante ACUERDA PAGAR todos los costos asociados con dicha atención médica y el transporte relacionado para el abajo firmante y a indemnizar y mantener indemne a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. sus representantes, agentes, afiliados, funcionarios, directores, sirvientes y empleados de cualquier costo incurrido en el mismo, o reclamos que surjan del mismo.
12. Entiendo y acepto que si me ocurre una lesión, enfermedad, muerte o daño mientras estoy participando en el alquiler de esta bicicleta o en el ciclismo, no tendré derecho a hacer una reclamación o presentar una demanda contra VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., sus funcionarios, agentes o empleados, incluso si ellos o cualquiera de ellos causan negligentemente mi lesión, enfermedad, muerte o daño.
13. Entiendo que las bicicletas alquiladas por VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V., no disponen de equipos de mejora de la visibilidad como reflectores o luces.
14. Me comprometo a devolver la bicicleta en condiciones razonables de limpieza y sin daños para evitar cualquier cargo ADICIONAL por reparación, mantenimiento o sustitución. El cliente acepta el uso del equipo, TAL COMO ESTÁ, en buenas condiciones y acepta la total responsabilidad del cuidado del equipo mientras esté en su posesión. Las piezas o componentes dañados serán reparados/sustituidos a discreción del taller y el cliente acepta pagar las tarifas regulares del taller y los precios de venta al público de los componentes sustituidos. La condición de limpieza significa que se acepta el desgaste normal pero no incluye radios rotos, llantas, llantas dobladas, cuadros dañados, manillares, asientos u otras partes por mal uso y/o choques. Nota: Todas las bicicletas deben devolverse limpias de barro y residuos. Cualquier bicicleta que no se devuelva limpia tendrá un cargo adicional de 1 hora. Los alquileres por hora y por día deben devolverse 15 minutos antes de la hora de cierre. Las devoluciones tardías están sujetas a cargos. Además, no intentaré montar, reparar o ajustar ningún equipo dañado o que funcione mal. Dejaré de usarlo y lo devolveré al lugar de alquiler. No quitaré las ruedas ni desmontaré la bicicleta de ninguna manera. Entiendo que alquilando estas bicicletas y/o equipos soy totalmente responsable de los costes de reposición en caso de daño, pérdida o robo, pagaderos en el momento de la pérdida. Mantendré todas las bicicletas alquiladas bien cerradas cuando no estén en uso. Autorizo el uso de mi tarjeta de crédito para pagar los daños, pérdidas o cualquier saldo pendiente.
15. El cliente se compromete a facilitar a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. los datos de su tarjeta de crédito, únicamente para su uso preventivo: Autorizo a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. En caso de robo, seré responsable de reembolsar a VIVE EL SUEÑO ADVENTURES, S.A. DE C.V. el precio original de la(s) bicicleta(s), más el costo de cualquier accesorio que se haya proporcionado al momento del alquiler de la bicicleta.
16. REDES SOCIALES: Aceptas darnos permiso para publicar los vídeos y fotos que tengamos en nuestras cuentas de redes sociales.

He leído este Acuerdo, Renuncia y Exención en su totalidad. Comprendo plenamente la totalidad del Acuerdo, Renuncia y Exención y reconozco que he tenido la oportunidad de revisar este Acuerdo, Renuncia y Exención con un abogado de mi elección si así lo deseo, y acepto estar legalmente obligado por este Acuerdo, Renuncia y Exención.

2. If the bike is rented overnight, I will lock it and store it indoors to keep it out of the rain and to prevent theft.
